She is the founder and director of Ms. Circle City Indy Pageant. Nichelle is lead facilitator for All Girls Matter Self Esteem Academy.

Trilanda has over 15 years of HR experience. She is a Certified Integrated Nutrition Coach. Trilanda enjoys baking and is now the owner of TriKeiCo Desserts and kei2health Nutrition Services. She is the mentor for "The Power to Dream" Scholarship Program for Harvest Girls International, Inc. Scholarship Recipients.
